I lead a quite intense stage for a radical change of a traditional organization towards a factory model, with "standarized" products and commercialization via DIY sector distribution.In this year of the project it was possible to lay solid foundations on which to grow with a really ambitious project. With my contribution and the collaboration of a great team, great milestones were reached, such as: - Development of the brand for consumers- Marketing Plan and execution of the same - Organization of the Sales area - Definition of all the identified management processes in Purchases, Sales, Customer Service - Product Development and Production - Creation of Sections and Work Teams. For my part I led in the business sense of the term, listening, trusting the teams, delegating and trying to professionally grow the people of the company, always applying maximum transparency in the communication of the objectives of the project and what was expected from each one.

The main goal we managed was to improve all processes and develop productivity tools, so we got an error of under 1% for a 11.000 pallet permanent stock, thanks to all the people was motivated from the beginning of the improvement proporsal.
