• Coordinate and support Canada's largest migration to Skype for Business Enterprise Voice from legacy PBXs - Cisco Unified Call Manager (CUCM), Avaya, Nortel• Took the initiative to analyze & model HR data to shorten project lifecycle by over 6 months on a 2 year project• Primed large scale data migration that saw 12,000 users & profiles move to Enterprise Voice in Skype• Work closely with Telecom Expense Management team to decommission PBXs and circuits, resulting in $400,000 annual savings

• Requested outstanding products for imaging from over 500 companies, which was a major source of revenue for GS1, upsold other services GS1 provided• Updated CRM systems with information that was collected• Created a training program for future employees
