My experience includes working on privately and publicly funded projects as a construction manager, contractor, consulting engineer, and currently as an authorized contracting agent. One of my responsibilities as an authorized contracting agent for the state of Ohio involves overseeing the design and construction of public improvement projects, most notably delivery of new or renovated K-12 educational facilities to public school districts and their communities.
