Manage relationship and communication with main customer;Create, manage, track and control New Product Introduction Plan (NPI) for smartphones (project plan, project scope, schedule development, definition of qualification metrics and acceptance criteria, resource requirements, communication with key stakeholders and risk management);Prepare and obtain approval of project budget plan;Track the acquisition process of raw materials required for production of qualification lots of the new products according to the project plan;Coordinate the transfer of production line from China to Brazil factory;Manage technical team in China during knowledge transfer, training process and production line transference to Brazil;Identify the resource requirements for new projects and ensure the allocation and mobilization to achieve the project goals;Manage the execution of the qualification builds, removing blockers and coordinating the team efforts to obtain customer project approval;Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements;Orient and manage the job of cross functional team to complete the project tasks according to schedule, quality and cost requirements;Work to avoid deviations to project plans and ensure implementation of corrective and preventive action plans when required;Provide regular project status to all relevant stakeholders as per project plan;Prepare presentations of project status, operations review and about Brazil site;Manage critical issues reports with customer and project team to resolve conflicts and remove obstacles to project completion;Lead multifunctional team, ensure proper communication of the plans and objectives of the project;Perform customer demand vs factory capacity analysis;Lead KPIs continuous improvement efforts to reduce operational cost;Support sales/business team requests and product/service quotation processes;Coordinate business strategy and planning with the project team
