● Working in collaboration with the project lead, principal architect and colleagues with hospitality projects from the conceptual phase to construction documentation, ensuring design consistency and accuracy in compliance with the design requirements, standards and building codes.● Preparing architectural, working & shop drawings, presentation drawings, elevations, sections & detail drawings for both site execution and for the approval of Municipal Corporation.● Assessing the structural drawing’s compatibility with the architectural design to ensure effective implementation in the site.● Attending client meetings to articulate the design proposals through presentation drawings and making sure the requirements of the contractors and stakeholders are utmost satisfied without disturbing the elevations and the official architectural identity.● Gained the design knowledge of 9 apartment spaces with Clubhouse amenities including a High rise tower, 1 Apartment, 1 mall & 1 Grand community villa project to my experience through effective communication and collaboration with the team and the clients.

● Designed and worked with a minimum of 15 commercial buildings with focus on schools & crematoriums on behalf of the Greater Chennai Corporation (Government Municipal Headquarters for the “buildings” department of Chennai city).● Acted as a mediator between the team of associated Architects and the client (The Central Govt. of India) ensuring the design’s implementation with the specifications of the stakeholders, the electrical, mechanical & working drawing proposals with technical solutions for the construction of Academic block-II of Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) building.● Satisfying the complete visual including dynamic walkthrough requirements of the contractors using 3D modeling and rendering tools like Revit BIM, Sketchup, Vray & Lumion.● Performed regular site inspections to closely determine the current progress and quality of work to assist them with the process and issues in application of drawings in site and delivering to the timeline.

● Worked with more than 10 residential and commercial buildings and their interior design during this period.● Deriving detailed architectural construction drawings from design concepts of the senior project architect.● Working collaboratively with the architects and structural engineers with keen focus on various preliminary drawings and written documents in accordance with the contract regulations and working with any further challenges and development in the project using proven skills after client meetings, to ensure the commitment and high expectations of all members are met.● Determining the output of 3D models using proficient tools like Revit BIM, Vray Sketchup and Lumion.● Inspecting the site in case of any discrepancies, whether an unexpected change in the materials or application of planning in the extensive site environment and interiors using hands-on experience and strong verbal skills.

● Designed almost 8 residential and commercial buildings within this period, including luxury projects.● Progressed the architectural designs from initial conceptualization to satisfying all planning and space requirements.● Also kept extensive progress in gaining the knowledge of required software skills like AutoCAD, Revit BIM, Vray Sketchup, Lumion, etc and about the collaboration and challenges of design management with the project members including the structural design team.● Learned to ensure the building construction on site is in compliance with the architectural & structural drawings.
