Current Liaising with all project manager and account managers on initial bidding of projects. Attend and suggest technical possibilities with client meetings. Allocating and monitoring of all production sectors (Interior, metal, exhibition etc) Identifying and managing risks, issues and dependencies. Attend internal and external progress and commercial meetings. Work on exhibition/event/Interior production project from production preparation, logistics, onsitepreparation & dismantling. Monitor the production plan and timeline to utilities resources effectively and efficiently. Follow up & Inspection of material quality and delivery. Organise the repair of any damaged equipment Liaise with different departments, teams and companies, e.g., suppliers, managers, clients Ensure that health and safety guidelines are always followed Ensure customer orders are completed on time and to budget and that quality standards and targets are met Work with managers to implement the company's policies and goals Supervise and motivate a team of workers- Currently Managed 100-120 skilled and non-skilled workers. Review worker performance and identify training needs Estimation and managing of office fit-out, exhibition, retail shops, Hospitality projects etc Making sure that products are produced on time and are of good quality. Selecting, ordering and purchasing materials. Attending regular progress meetings with Senior Managers and Directors. Manage the entire life cycle of multiple localization project in a fast placed environment. Providing a competence quote based on clients’ requirements. Identifying and managing risks, issues and dependencies. When appropriate, provide operational cover for absent Senior Managers. Business development attributes Establishing and implementing goals and objectives. Evaluating sub-contractors’ quotes. Managing production budgets and costing.
