MBA Full-Time Program – Oxford Campus Aug 2010 – Present • Instructed the Graduate Business Seminar Class as a review of key HR concepts and applications along with a “hands on” training regimen in management skills. Students came to understand the key roles of the HR organization within a firm and how to effectively operate with a Human Resource Management skill-set. • 32 Full-Time internationally diverse students with wide range of professional experiences. Adjunct Faculty Position Jan 2007 – Dec 2008 • Hired to bring real-world business experiences to the undergraduate classroom, mainly sophomore and junior year students in a 3-credit hour Introduction to Human Resource Class.

• Partnered with Financial Representatives to assist with benefit solutions for Northwestern Mutual Financial Network clients. • Provided real-time HR advice and support to small business clients who did not have in-house expertise. Topics ranged from compliance issues, FMLA, recruiting, training, policy development and implementation, performance management, and benefit coordination.

• Provided leadership and support to the Management Staff and the non-union manufacturing workforce of 200+ employees at the Dayton Aerospace Facility. • Directly supported the Plant Manager by coaching and guiding him in HR related decisions. • Key member of the Leadership Staff and Lean Manufacturing Steering Committee; attended daily production meetings, permanent member of the Safety Committee and responsible for conducting all accident investigations. • Responsible for recruiting, interviewing and hiring a wide range of skill and salary levels to grow the facility’s workforce beginning in 2003 to 2006 by 58%. • Successfully investigated and defended 3 cases of wrongful termination allegations ranging from racial to sexual to age discrimination. • Coordinated all employee morale functions, roll-out of all corporate initiatives, policies, benefit information and communications. • Researched salary surveys for exempt, non-exempt and production workforce on a yearly basis and proposed any changes or increases to the compensation plan for the subsequent budget year.
