Paul is a respected, professional non-executive director, strong leader and advocate for change in the aged care, retirement living and seniors housing sector. His governance experience extends across multiple sectors and organisational types as well as with notable organisations such as Catholic Super (now Equip Super), Benevolent Living and Mt St Michael’s College. He has served as board Chair, as well as chairing various board subcommittees. He holds a Master’s degree in human resource management & industrial relations, is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Superannuation Trustees.Paul specialises in areas that leverage the organisation’s talent and human resources. Having held senior leadership roles at both board and executive in diverse sectors he understands the importance of unlocking capability, capacity and that inner potential to generate a crucial competitive advantage. We represent our Members by advocating their views on issues of importance.
