  As a family solicitor my responsibilities include advising and assisting clients on all aspects of family law including separation and disputes relating to children.I also advise clients on matters relating to their estate and managing their affairs. My responsibilities include preparing wills and powers of attorney, representing executors and administrators in dealing with probate and administering the estate. Where someone has lost capacity to manage their own affairs I assist friends and relatives in applying to the Court of Protection for authority to manage that persons affairs for them.I have an excellent bedside manner which makes it easy for me to develop a good relationship with clients which puts them at ease.
