- Engineering Manager for EEE (Electronic Equipment Enclosure) Team in Powerwave Technologies R&D India Pvt Ltd.,- Managed a team of 15 Engineers to Design and Develop RMDU (Rapid Mobile Deployment Units) for US Military, US Law enforcement and First responders Team.- RMDU is an integrated mobile communications base station with telescoping antenna tower provides public agencies essential wireless bandwidth in remote locations, and can be set up in less than 30 minutes by one person. Frequently used in emergency and disaster communications, the RMDU offers power, performance and flexibility for a wide range of scenarios, such as: setting up a mobile data center for radio communications during incident management and command-and-control operations; establishing a temporary wireless coverage system after a natural disaster; supporting military and law enforcement deployments; and supplementing wireless voice and data services during major events.- Filed 6 US Patent Provisional on RMDU Product design.- Conduct Structural Analysis, Tolerance Stack-up Analysis, GD&T & Design Reviews.

- Built and led a brand new team to design and develop telecom RF products (Repeaters, Radio Heads, MCPA Racks and Filters). Conducted multiple Thermal, CFD & Structural Analysis on Power amplifier & telecom electronic packages.

- Key Designer of GE’s biggest & world most efficient SG 750kVA UPS. Successfully designed & Validated the product to meet UL1778 Standard and passed 100kAIC short circuit test in UL lab.- Received an Applause Award for Excellent contribution towards building the DG (Alpha) Unit of SG750kVAUPS and commitment to solve the problems.- Received Micro Innovation award for Rectifier Cabinet design which has can easily accommodate both 6&12 Pulse configurations in same cabinet. Received Micro innovation award for sliding type breaker stand which improved Rigidity and ease of Assembly.- Designed a robust Rectifier cabinet with Ribcage design, Inductor & Breaker Stands and Elegant Bus-bar layout. This design has given drastic reduction in Material cost and assembly time.- Traveled to Switzerland to collaborate with manufacturing team to Build DC (Beta) unit and captured the manufacturing requirements and feedbacks. Effectively incorporated the manufacturing requirements in the pilot design.

Designed & Developed ignition Locks, Rims for Automobiles (2 wheeler & 4 Wheelers)Responsibilities:- Report to General Manger R&D and responsible new research products, Design and delivery of Export Locks by following APQP per ISO TS-16949. Collecting Voice of the customer, Concept design, DFMEA, Detailed design, Design verification, Design Reviews, Manufacturing drawings release, Interaction with Tool makers & Suppliers, Proto & Pilot Build, PPAP, Product Testing and Validation.Key Contributions:- Design & Developed automobile ignition locks for TVS, Piaggio and Hero Honda. The quality of the product was resulted in exceeding customer expectations.- Designed various Sheet-metal, Plastic and Die casting components for Automobile Industry.- Coordinated with suppliers to develop Press tools, Die Casting and Plastic Injection molding tools which helped in producing defects free tools and components in the first go.- Actively participated in ISO/TS-16949 internal auditing.

SDS design center was owned by a retired VP from TVS Motors. Team size: 10 mechanical Engineers. Responsibilities:- -Design of Press Tools & Plastic injection Moldings, Gauges, SPM, Jigs & Fixtures, Solid Modelling, Reverse Engineering using Unigraphics, Pro/E and AutoCAD.-Key Customer: TVS Motors, Caterpillar, FAURECIA Automotive Seating India Pvt. Ltd.,Key Projects:-Designed and developed Total Acceptance Gauge – CENTRA Silencer Assembly for TVS Motors.-Designed and developed Welding Fixture for Caterpillar India (p) Ltd.-Designed Seating assembly for FAURECIA Automotive Seating India Pvt.
