🍇 Passionate Viticulture and Enology Student | Aspiring Winemaker 🍷In the past, I have developed many skills useful for the winemaking industry. As a student intern at the Teaching and Research Winery at UC Davis, I learned about cellar practices, fermentation techniques, and ongoing research projects firsthand in a highly advanced winery. I was also given the opportunity to manage winemaking projects of my own, including harvest, blending, and style decisions. In my other roles, I developed my communication and collaborative skills. I can work independently or on a team while offering a goal-driven focus on projects and tasks, as well as careful attention to detail. I believe these qualities are crucial to achieving high-quality work in the wine industry!Having graduating with a degree in viticulture and enology, my goal is to continue my learning journey by collaborating with seasoned winemakers and industry professionals. I want to become the best winemaker I can be and contribute meaningfully to the world of wine!
