I manage and run the operations for a Printing Business in Minneapolis, MN. Developed significant process improvements resulting in removal of 18 hours from a daily process using RPA (Robotic Process Automation). Implemented 5s for order entry in to production through prepress department. Cross-trained entire team to be able to help production floor achieve order delivery KPIs. Developed staff looking to advance career and was able to promote 2 people during my tenure in a location where average employee time is 16 years.Implemented meeting regiments with key staff to guide management team for process implementations, M&A activity, resource planning, budget creation and implementation.

As Product Portfolio Manager, was responsible for the assignment, evaluation and execution of all projects for the product portfolio - Worked with product owners to develop prioritization through product need and internal operating income contribution. Delivered multiple pilot initiatives from idea to implementation with cross-functional teams. Worked with Chief Medical Officer to implement a new SalesForce based Clinical Management Program system to improve member participation from 7% to 54%. Partnered with IT to create steady state documentation and transition documentation for major new system implementation managing clinical management programs.

As part of the Product Strategy team, I collaborated with internal and external clients to create the value statement for products offered to clients. We worked upstream and downstream with stakeholders to develop the right strategy for past, present and future products.

As a member of the legal operations team for UnitedHealth Group I conducted in-depth analysis of outside counsel legal spend and provided findings to executive leadership. Also, I was charged with finding and implementing process improvement opportunities using six sigma methodologies. I completed a project which helped validate a new matter management system with proof of $1.4 million in hard savings over a 9 month period.

Worked with executives on the strategic direction of the business.
