Work closely with key Value Engineering and Technical Brand Stewardship teams and related projects to design and implement Sensory & Consumer Experience (EXP) research plans.Provide actionable insights and interpretations based on consumer and sensory research

Set together with R&D, Marketing and Consumer Insight customers consumer research agenda focused on AOP to support innovation process and ensure consumer driven product design development, upgrades and productivity.Lead the process of product insight research with consumers: starting from the objectives setting and standard actions alignment, then briefing of the research agencies, propose methodology and test design, organize field supervision .Analyze the raw data, run statistical analysis, top-lines and reports outcome of product tests, prepare summary reports, generate special reports for particular brands / products / attributes; provide clear recommendations, Manage sensory testing program in office. Set together with R&D Plan of sensory product testing, including projects' samples, current products, raw materials, Administrate Sensory working; order necessary equipment, expendable materials and training materials. Lead the process of sensory tasting; design, organize session, prepare samples, maintain session supervision -to ensure tasting proper execution in accordance with PepsiCo requirements, recording results and analyzing.Collect and analyze all raw data of sensory panel sessions, prepare reports for sensory tests. Generate special reports for particular brands/products/attributes for product test.
