System achieved massive efficiencies, provided more accurate job performance reporting and provided the basis for a more consistent and profitable pricing policy.• Provided financial costings to support the transition of work patterns from single day shift to 3-shift (24 hour) continental shift working, increasing capacity and profitability.• Helped to implement a new Digital Printing service that increased company profitability further and broadened the Company’s client base, enabling new cross-selling opportunities of Company’s services.
