Assisting with all aspects of all projects undertaken by the office including all engineering, quality control, completion and delivery of projects, attendance and construction monitoring, inspection and meetings on building sites.DUTIES Assisting senior engineers in the production and managing of services projects from conception to completion. Administrative tasks within the office and contribution to the continuous refinement of office procedures Facilitating the continuing professional development of all staff members. Concept Design and Modelling Progressively acquire basic skills in related mechanical and electrical engineering disciplines. Bringing in contacts and work through maintained and new relationships. Producing innovative and traditional design solutions

 Performed heat load calculations & Sheet Metal calculation Duct system design following SMACNA standards. Chilled water pipe sizing and control valve selection. Selection of AHU, FCU, Chiller, Cooling Tower, Fan and Pump according tospecifications and site conditions. Detailed quantity calculations for BOQ/Tender, Estimation & invoicing. Responsible for project related documentation, Material procurement,subcontracts management, price negotiations and site inspection.

 Monitor, verify and document the work being performed. Responsible for assuring and controlling the work quality as per the specification and drawings. Providing technical support to the project team and wider regional teams. To coordinate with other engineering disciplines. Preparation of Excel-based worksheet for material requisitions, submittal, and ensure contract performance measures are met. Make the availability of resources on time to attain the project execution targets. Also, monitor the progress as it goes in line with the plan.

 Managing projects from conception, pre-production through to completion. Maintain all documents including contract drawings, specifications and shop drawings. Conversion of initial rough designs into working documents utilising AutoCAD 2D. Tracked project progression using project management tools such as MS Project. Project cost estimation on the basis of labour charges, time, material, tools and other technical challenges. Reduce product cost and improve design performance by working with other groups on value engineering initiatives.
