My responsibilities include directing, developing, supervising, and coordinating the training, rehabilitation, job development, and employment grants and programs for the homeless and the developmental disabled in response to emerging community needs.

Handled the administrative, pay, and personnel needs of 40 enlisted Navy Selected Reservists recalled to active duty to the Security Department at the Naval Air Facility in Boca Chica, Florida in support of Operation Noble Eagle in defend of the homeland after the 9/11 attacks in New York City.

Responsible for the administration, pay, and personnel needs of 750 enlisted and officer records and reserve pay. Supervised a crew of six junior enlisted to complete the task and mission at the Naval Reserve Center, Miami, Florida. Additionally, held the position of Enlisted Personnel Classifier responsible for the proper job classification and placement of enlisted members into a rate (occupation).
