Reporting to the Board of Directors and ensure smooth functioning of the plant. Financial: • Providing inputs during Annual Business planning and preparation of Annual Financial Budget for the organization and also monitor/ensure progress on the long term projected business plan • Accountable for overall Profit and Loss of the plant Customer: • Ensuring customer focus through effective customer relationship management including product costing, customer delivery and customer grievance handling activities at the plant level • Coordinating new product design & development at the plant in line with the Customer Requirements and in conjunction with foreign Directors.Process: • Developing long term growth plans for the plant and ensure its alignment with organizational growth plan

Reporting to Chief Operating Officer (COO) and manages advanced composite manufacturing and operations for floor beams production for Boeing’s 787-9 & -10 dream-liner commercial airplane. Key responsibilities include to develop mistake proof aerospace manufacturing practices to support desired ramp rate production, improving the financial performance (contribution margin) by continual improvement in processes, inventory management and optimal utilization of resources with 100% product delivery rating and quality.

Reporting to Composite head and responsible for business & technology development of advanced composites for aerospace and defence customers. Head of project management and production, responsible to delivery of parts/ assemblies to customer within stipulated time and cost.

Reporting to department head, part of the team to develop composite manufacturing process and fabrication of parts for light combat aircraft.
