Responsible for troubleshooting, corrections and data and process remediation initiatives- Extensive knowledge of Angola BNA legislation- Responsible for the ODM components- Main projects include a workflow of Foreign Exchange Operations and AD-HOC - a BPM and ODM solution for simple processes

Adaptation and development of Safira’s FoRex BPM (Business Process Management) solution for a foreign bank. Includes meetings with the client. Other technologies used include SQL Server, javascript and Java.

Development of solutions using IBM technologies, such as BPM (Business Process Management), ODM (Operational Decision Management) and Worklight (mobile platform) to clients such as KPMG UK, BUPA ITL, HIPRA and some Portuguese and Foreign Banks. Also involved in the adaption of Safira’s adhoc process and FoRex frameworks for several entities. Required direct contact with the final client through presence onsite in Spain and Italy. Regularly involved in the decision process regarding the solution development.
