- Received and evaluate customer's development request for phase 2 and phase 3 project and proper sample to customer for qualification.- Negotiate with customers about quality, cost and project management issue before next phase.- New product introduction for the qualification project.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage the project and accomplish the task.- Receive attending customers to visit Vietnam factory assist to confirm production progress and layout.- Maintain relationship and communication with foreign customers to understand their expect and requirement.

- First build product trial run, Production verification test & Solve abnormal.- New product production trial run, find tune the best parameter to improve yield. - Operate different machine, including dicing saw, laser grooving, SEM, EDS, X-ray Bump void measurement.
