• Reporting directly to the MD of EMEA, I was responsible for creative content for InMobi’s largest global accounts. I had five direct reports but managed project based teams of up to 20 people and traveled throughout.
• Consulted for King, Sky, Supercell, BBC and Rovio on advertising strategy, ad creative and app monetization.
• Presented creative pitches to clients & agencies.
• Presented and lectured on mobile rich media creative at agencies, conferences, conventions etc.
• Managed & hired all creative staff for EMEA.
• Pushed and supported all creative staff to maximize quality of creative output and insure all campaigns are delivered on time.

• I began at MySpace in 2007 as a contracted Designer. I was quickly promoted up through the ranks to become the most senior creative outside of the Beverly Hills headquarters. I was also the only international employee.
• Lead the design and production of iTunes Festival Live event, where 62 bands were streamed live on the site in 31 days. With only 24 days to create sub-brand design, build the hub page, implement live Quicktime.
• Redesigned the UK homepage in 2009, which doubled interactions with the page.
• Suggested & developed first style guide ever used by MySpace anywhere.
• UK style guide was then picked up and used by every market, except for the USA, improving all markets’ stats as it had in the UK.
• Worked with agencies, such as BBH, on large scale campaigns, like the “Get Real Close” and “Fan Video” music campaigns as well as the eventually cancelled global re-launch campaign.
