Current• Welcoming guests and customers at the entrance of the hotel• Assisting them with their desired service and guiding them to the appropriate counters, conveying information regarding directions • Receiving high profile customers at the cars and taking them to the hotel • Greeting the customers with appropriate verbiages maintaining a high-level of graciousness • Guiding the customers to the proper parking and assisting them in parking their vehicles • Following standard farewell procedures for leaving customers and calling the taxi/cab as per their needs • Maintaining extreme cleanliness at the entrance door and around • Monitoring the hotel premises periodically throughout the day and reporting to the supervisors for possible maintenance needs • Restricting entry to irrelevant people in the hotel premises
