Key brand Risk.net, is the leading source of news and analysis for risk management, derivatives, and complex finance with some 30,000 global subscribers. 1. Led the implementation team for the introduction of a new global HRIS system.2. Worked collaboratively with regional HRBPs and other stakeholders to identify and create customised ‘local’ sites to take account of different jurisdictions and practices.3. Took ownership of the data import from legacy HR systems and built all local workflows such as onboarding, offboarding, employee benefits and probation.4. Built dashboards and data reports for local HRBPs and senior management and provided external support to the global Data Warehouse Project.5. Here, I championed and led the introduction of a strategic 'people and culture' plan aimed at driving the organisation's ambitious growth target, increasing efficiency across the business and developing a strategic roadmap for multiple functions. I also f, enhancing staff retention and employee engagement, optimising recruiting procedures, improving professional development and benchmarking reward and compensation.Managing a 20-strong multidisciplinary team, including work schedules and assigning tasks based on skill sets, I successfully introduced a new culture of collaboration across the business to grow new and cohesive working relationships across all teams. Here, I established challenging KPIs and membership targets to ensure that both revenue growth while working with the board to define vision and drive the business forward in alignment with business plan. Here, I worked with Monsoon Accessorize to conduct research into store, design, product, pricing and branding within the chain’s international stores and franchise partners with research conducted across 43 territories. I also led a New York-based project for BBC World to gain opinions and attitudes among American viewers toward this global news channel. We then used insights and data to enable the BBC World senior leadership team to deliver a new growth strategy.

Brought into the team to lead a business transformation project and brand revamp for this leading coaching and training company, I developed strategies to enhance customer and brand engagement process all touch points. Here, I successfully delivered several new large-scale clients, including Dell, 02, Sotheby’s and the UK’s largest training contract at the time with 18,000 front line staff from the Post Office.

Brought into the UK’s largest provider of flexible office space, I successfully launched many flagship buildings in the UK and across Europe. Here, I delivered effective oversight for PR agency partners ensuring that all PR activities aligned with MWB’s business plan. I also collaborated with an independent research agency and the University of Reading to author and launch UK’s first office cost survey (TOCS). I then utilised uncovered insights to enable C-level decision-making across MWB and the development of an effective growth strategy within a highly competitive market.
