My passion lies in building products that customers love to use over and over again. I obsess over understanding customer journey, their needs and the use cases that drive repeat usage and bring revenue. Currently Ashish is building applications using generative AI (ChatGPT/LLM's) and thinking its use cases to make things 10x better than they currently are. I have experience managing and delivering both B2B (Investing / Portfolio management / Customer Loyalty) and B2C products (Edge Browser / Microsoft 365 suite). I am currently working on building and integrating Copilot into various Microsoft products. Previously I built the Microsoft Edge extensions store from grounds up and grew its usage to 10's of millions of users per month. Previously I was a product head at Loylty Rewardz, Car Dekho, and Director India operations at Nirvana Solutions. I did my MBA from ISB, Hyderabad and a graduation from IIT Kharagpur.
