Deputy Head of Publishing• Unification of hiring and developing staff of Game Publishing Department as well as of the Game Studios, preserving their identity• Internal HR in the Game Publishing Department: clarification of motivations, problems, help in hiring and placement of personnel, providing information exchange among personnel, the company and the department; providing of united criteria of rates of the Game Publishing personnel activities• Presenting the Game Publishing interests on external events: conferences, schools, and laboratories, organizing and moderating of Alawar Developers Forum• Supervising of internal game studios in placement of personnel and its education, structure organization, working out the motivation systems, plans of individual development, and programs of leaving for other cities, adaptation and tutorship• Providing timely reports of production plans
