Responsibilities - Monitor and order Pharmacy Reorder items twice a week by making sure the supplier names, prices, quantities and unit accuracy of the purchase order to fulfil the inventory. - Check daily Medical request list from the pharmacy, stock out items and nearly expired items from the company, and report them back to the pharmacy. - Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers by reviewing the quality of purchased products and timely delivery of the orders. - Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices. -Do Quarterly presentations, prepared reports on purchases including cost analyses and make a plan for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities - Did sourcing, compared price among vendors, purchased at a suitable price with the good quality to meet customer satisfactions, handled contracts, planed land transportations, and followed up vendors to arrive the products in time. - Calculated COGS and prepared tender proposal for each tender project. During my present, handled two tender projects and won that. - Handled invoices and purchase order documents and made sure the accuracy of the data input to the computer, and evaluated the vendor performances.
