• Define each incident with monitoring platform by either power relatedissue or non-power related issue.• Escalate critical alarm and site down due to escalation matrix.• Raised the tickets to O&M partner / directly supervising to ground team.• Communicate each client for time-to-time progress through multi-communication channel (Mail, Viber, WhatsApp, Signal)• Responsible to share hourly Network status for internal team awareness.• Report daily for the quantity of incidents & Network downtime minutes,reconciled with Each MS partner.• Work for data inputs to access logs of any activity (PM, CM, otherattendance)

- Shift team supervision, Monitor network and provide support services for field teams- Daily Outage Calculation, SOC update / Report outages and critical alarms - Alarm handling and escalation ,outage analysis and site access- Daily reports for site status, fuel level updates, RCA and clears update- Customer management and share Daily Operator RCA- Event follow-up and tracking / Prepare and share TOC shift reports

- Issue the information to the pending site to each branches - Contact working with warehouse and having materials knowledge - Working With account teams/requester regarding requests and working with IBM procurement/suppliers- Management to analyze projects and create reports- Checking Documents for all Branches and Daily report to the Manager
