Responsible for participating in the team meetings and sharing ideas about best ways to conduct the research works, identifying articles on natural resource management related issues, conducting qualitative research from preparation up to the final report.

‘’ Upgrading Value Chain of Melon Cluster in Dry Zone project’’Responsible for preparing and conducting farm monitoring and field inspections, and reporting. Assisting in market linkage activities with private and government sectors, and preparing training materials. Collaborating with specialist trainers and facilitating communication during training sessions.

Responsible for implementing village training and farmer field schools, collaborating for staff meetings, and preparing for mass meetings and building producer groups in villages. Organizing and managing hydroponic home garden beneficiaries, conducting data collection and entry, and reporting to the Monitoring & Evaluation officer. Conducting Training of Trainers sessions for local farmers, monitoring and coaching communities in managing home gardens, and supporting the setup of producer groups. Assisting in drawing work plans, preparing seasonal calendars, and compiling weekly and monthly reports. Additionally, directly conducting value-added or food preservation training.
