PEO coating process implementation on the plant

Currently working independently as a consultant for paints and varnishes companies. I specialize in practical scientific and technical solutions for production and labs, including recipe development, economic feasibility analysis for startups, preparation of documents for certification.

The department consisted of 5 employees of different skill levels (bachelor's and master's degree), my responsibilities included creating safe working conditions, economic justification for launching new projects, scientific/technical and managerial support for existing projects, launch of new recipes in production, periodic production monitoring and optimization of existing recipes.

I was hired to carry out a postgraduate dissertation on the topic “Modification of montmorillonite with quaternary alkyl ammonium salts, followed by chemical grafting of polymers obtained by radical chain polymerization to MMT.”My responsibilities included working with students of the Department of Chemical Technology of Polymer Composite Paints and Coatings of the Russian Chemical Technical University (Graduation works), periodically assisting laboratory staff in conducting their research on analytical equipment, and carrying out my own research on my Ph.D. thesis.
