I have understanding of a service model. I have understanding of a customer. This is the good start in sales. During the stagnation times in Russia caused by sanctions and political uncertainties, vendors have to tailor their solutions to customer cut budgets, be more flexible and customer oriented. It was challenging time but Nokia customer team and I as it's services solution manager managed to be successful in such important tenders like National wide SDM rollout, MSS Swap, FIFA 2018 support services and in many minor and small ones. My attempts to become a trusted partner for a customer through my deep knowledge of services I sell were successful and my sales funnel wasn't empty even in this tough period for telecom vendors in Russia.

Year 2010, the UMTS goes further inside Russia. Now I'm leading an engineering group at Nokia launching WCDMA network in Russia's Central region. Tver, Tambov, Vologda, Kostroma, Vladimir, Ryazan, Tula, Kaluga got high speed HSDPA data service in virtue of Nokia Flexi BTS products and my team efforts. I was honored by Nokia for success in this project in year 2012.Year 2013. Pure network optimization service is coming to Moscow. Big project, many professionals involved. My task is to make VIP persons happy with an operator services. Those days I didn't know that my work will be shaped into a product replicated for different customers in Russia Ukraine and Belarus. Me and my team created an analytical system based on Traffica Nokia product which made possible extended and detailed queries to wireless network data-lake. We were able to supervise service quality for individuals, for groups of individuals, individually analyze handsets behavior and, which was most innovative, create wireless network based data-sets for use in municipal planning. The developed tool made an operator's VIP costumers happy and significantly reduced corporate customers churn rate by improving their network quality perception. I was honored by Nokia for the analytical system creation and delivering services on it's base in years 2014 and 2015.

In 2007 Ericsson won the tender to build UMTS networks in dozens of Russia's regions. The first network was launched in St. Petersburg and I and my colleague Pavel Eliseev was the ones who did it. We succeeded and got into Ericsson magazine with our success story heading with a photo of me and Pavel posing in front of Lars Magnus Ericsson portrait in Ericsson office in St. Petersburg. Then I took care of launches in Novosibirsk, Omsk, Norilsk, Novokuznetsk, Krasnoyarsk, Sochi and Krasnodar. Neighbor and Scrambling Code plan changes, parameters, IRAT strategies, drive-tests with TEMS and a lot of interaction with a customer. Many professionals around with whom we succeeded together achieving high level KPIs and getting networks accepted and passed to customers.

03.03.03 was my first working day on my first full-time job. I'm studying at university and do alarm monitoring and overall NMT cellular network performance observation, apply basic remedies or report accidents to seniors if the remedies don't work. I work for the first cellular operator in Belarus. I had great opportunities to learn and grow. Golden times! In 2004 I completed the university. The same year a test zone for the CDMA2000 standard appeared in Belcel. Mobile internet. 128kBps synchronous DL/UL links. The network was rolled out on Huawei equipment, one of the first Huawei network outside of China. I'm on the edge, I do BSS configuration for the most modern network in the country. Only like 300+ base stations, but it's enough to cover 95% of country population in 450Mhz band. Wow!Year 2005. I got managing function. Now I manage a team of technicians who do alarm monitoring and performance observation. Schedules, subordinates, plans, supervision, reporting. But lunch of EV-DO extension on top of CDMA was the brightest development of the year. 2048kbps. Wireless and faster than average landline internet access in Belarus those time. Many nights configuring PDSN and BTS where spend to achieve throughput close to declared.Year 2006. WLL or Wireless Local Loop. The idea behind this letters is simple - to expand PSTN network with wireless phones and save on excavation of copper wires. Sounds simple but for the phones numbers plan. WLL phones has to have the similar number plans and calling rules like PSTN phones in the same location. I had to negotiate routing and numbering plans with dozens PSTN anchor points, write code for A-B numbers modification and finally made WLL live, giving a lot of people living in country side access to the telephone service.
