Mainly responsible for (i) execution of satellite programs from business planning to launch and (ii) acquisition of pre-launch anchor customers through long term leasing/partnerships.• Management of satellite programs ranging in value of USD70M to USD250M:- o Request For Proposals (RFP) process, procurement of satellite, ground systems and launch service;o contract negotiations for procurement of systems/services related to the program; o monitor progress of manufacturing the satellite and integration of relevant systems in relation to satellite operations; o liaise with Senior Management team and relevant stakeholders to ensure satellite is built to specifications; and o continuous engagement with potential customers to secure long-term commitments (5, 10 or 15 years) on wholesale satellite capacity prior to launch.• Project lead for project bids or RFPs related to providing satellite-related services i.e. Backup Ground Control and Ranging, Carrier Monitoring and Managed Hub Services with an accumulated value of USD15M per year. • Identify, assess and present new competitive technologies to key stakeholders involved in strategic planning to ascertain opportunities / threats to the company’s overall business; • Other responsibilities include preparation of management reports, board papers and key competitor updates to the board on monthly and quarterly basis.

Responsible for identifying areas in company's Product Portfolio and Customer Suite that can be further enhanced to increase Value Added Services (VAS) revenues. The role also involves working closely with the sales and engineering team to customize satellite solutions for customers. • Planned and conducted proof-of-concepts with principals, vendors and customers. Successfully converted two (2) key trials into commercial contracts with combined value of over USD 2M revenue / year - (i) Rollout of VSAT system for schools located in remote areas, a project by Malaysian Ministry of Education to provide internet connectivity to all schools across Malaysia; and (ii) Using VSAT system as backhaul for 3G services for a prominent local telco. • Project lead during RFP process; and • Perform market study and set off-the-shelf pricings for VAS products.

• Managing both commercial and technical aspects of customer interactions in relation to IPSTAR Services • Liaise proactively with SPs to build effective communication lines and explore new sales opportunities • Collaborate closely with the Sales team to design sales strategies, plans and forecasts by providing thorough analysis, information and insight. • Other responsibilities include supporting Service Providers on a day-to-day basis in relation to operational issues i.e. bandwidth and IP usage planning, network & application integration and etc.

• Managing both commercial and technical aspects of customer interactions.• Supervising the technical team in installation, testing and commissioning of wireless systems – Outdoor Point-to-Point & Point-to-Multipoint Radios, Microwave, Free Space Optics, WiMAX and Wifi systems • Lead the technical team in Proof-of-Concepts (PoC) trials and in-house performance and feature tests using network analyzers and bandwidth testers • Architecting wireless network solutions and churning proposal for data, voice and video applications • Providing consultancy services to business partners & customers • Accountable for selling and managing all aspects of telco accounts. Introduce solutions, generate leads / sales and various service customer requirements • Other responsibilities include performing wireless site surveys and sourcing of new products to complete/complement company’s product range.
