I am a Bioinformatician with 5+ years of experience in the computational analysis of the human gut microbiome. I am passionate about data analysis (e.g., metagenomics and metabolomics), implementing and optimizing bioinformatics workflows (e.g., in Snakemake), and leveraging high-performance computing (HPC) clusters to accelerate my work.
