Following my second year, I was handed the responsibility to train new coworkers on job site etiquette, floor preparation, and installation. With experience in pump operations and maintenance, I remained flexible and able to perform all positions on the crew. We install Maxxon-based underlayment products to construction developments in Wisconsin and neighboring states. Our range of services can provide, but is not limited to, heated floors, fire safety compliance, sound canceling features and floor leveling. Safety trained and certified on multiple job sites.

My team was tasked with developing a solution to replace coal generation in a region of Southeastern Wisconsin. Total loads on this system were increased 120%, as the solution proposed is forward-looking and for 20 years in the future. Specifically, we proposed the replacement of coal generation at Columbia and Oak Creek with renewable generation in the form of wind energy. To offset the variability of wind generation, we also suggested the addition of natural gas generation. We utilized PowerWorld software for development and load calculations.

Our objective was to build a working theremin musical device. The theremin uses two plates to generate a capacitance that varies as the user approaches the plates. One plate controls the volume of the output note, while the other controls the pitch. The construction of the theremin involves a working knowledge of signals, signal processing, circuit design, and circuit construction. We were tasked with oven and through-hole soldering to populate the board. Testing was performed using signal generators along with a power source to obtain frequency, voltage, and current values.

Tasked with restoring trenches, hills, and lawns for underground drilling companies. Contracted mainly by We-Energies, we were assigned to commercial and local land in Southeastern Wisconsin. Proper drainage and level landscaping were necessities for every work site. When the foreman was absent, it was my responsibility to continue efficient work while maintaining safe working conditions for myself and fellow co-workers.

Delivered food to local residents and commercial companies while maintaining an approachable, knowledgeable manner to establish and maintain strong customer relationships. Consistently tested routes to decrease delivery time and optimize the customer experience overall process. Spent delivery downtime helping with the oven, focusing on food quality.

Oversaw and worked with the team throughout daily operations to produce quality products for customers. Responsible for the last quality inspection before the food was sent to the customer.
