• Promoting excellent relationships between the Board, management, shareholders and stakeholders along with all the group companies’ management while ensuring that the board is efficiently and harmoniously functioning,• Acting as a liaison between the Board and management and, in consultation with the CEO; ensuring that there is an effective relationship between the management and members of the Board,• Developing and managing relationships & communications with funders, partners and other stakeholders as well as overseeing and approving annual budgets, audit reports and material business decisions,• Reviewing the outcomes and metrics created by the company management & board members for evaluating the company impact and functions as well as regularly measuring the performance and overall effectiveness of the group companies,• Planning and facilitating board and committee meetings while partnering with the CEO of the group companies to ensure that the board resolutions are carried out as well as periodically consulting with the board members on their roles and helping them asses their performance,• Generating substantial annual revenue and fostering the group companies overall financial health while ensuring that 100% of the group companies board members make annual contribution that is commensurate with their capacity,• Establishing procedures to govern the work of the board and supporting the board’s full discharge of its duties as well as taking all responsible steps to ensure that the resources available to the board are adequate to support its work,• Overseeing the committee structure and composition as well as the scheduling and management of meetings while assisting the Board committees in bringing their recommendations forward to the Board for consideration.
