Setting up the CSR policy of the company and choose the main partners in this field according to the mission of the group. Besides the financial help, organizing events and activities for these groups involving as much employee as possible. Due to the really dynamic growth of the number of employees, there was a need of setting up new online communication channels in order to ensure the flow of the communication within the company (creating new communication tools such as google sites, G+ groups, WP sites). Building a community within the company wich was a preperation of the external community building activites of 2017. It meant the launch of a blog page with 6 different sports (findig the bloggers, define the strategy, the methodology and the sustainability of the page); organising sport day for the employees (500people), meetings for the top management, parties (400-800people).

To ensure the flow of the everyday work of the GM and the top management team (calendar and email management, meetings, protocol events). Internal communication related tasks such as creating and managing internal communication channels, organising events for the company (10-800people). Preperation of the fundamentals of the company's CSR strategy. Keep is touch with external partners (strategical partners, Ambassady, French HQ).

Real retail experience, management of 2 departments of the 2nd biggest store (one of them was the customer service and cash department of the store) and a team of 6 people. The human management meant the regular feedback and ensure the motivation and the personal development plan for each of them.

Translation of internal communication tools (POS, posters, product sheets). Preparing regular retail catalogues (10-12/year). Finding the best cost/value partners mainly in the printing industry. Preparing internal communication leeflets, flyers, brochures and other marketing tools (at that time mainly offline) for the stores according to their needs, to ensure the progression of sales.
