During the planning phase, I had the immense responsibility of conceptualizing and designing the entire access management framework concept from its very inception. Given the extensive array of accreditation devices implemented, this task was a significant challenge. Additionally, I planned and delivered specific training programs for our accreditation and access management volunteers, addressing auditoriums of over 100 volunteers in each session. My role further expanded to overseeing the registration and accreditation processes for all FIFA Commercial Affiliates, maintaining constant communication with them to facilitate their registration and ensure all their unique requirements were met.As the event unfolded, I was designated to the FIFA Fan Festival. There, I had the privilege of implementing my access board concept at one of the largest sites of the FIFA World Cup. Also, I interfaced with a wide range of clients, from volunteers and media to broadcasters and general staff, orchestrating volunteer activities and ensuring a great experience. Alongside my dedicated team, I meticulously managed daily accreditation logistics, employing excel sheets for efficient tracking and compiling detailed reports to ensure accuracy and accountability.

Following my contributions as a volunteer at the FIFA Arab Cup 2021, I received an invitation from FIFA itself to play a pivotal role in recruiting volunteers for the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022. Operating from the Volunteer Recruitment Centre, my responsibilities ranged from welcoming incoming volunteers, overseeing recruitment logistics and activities, to conducting both online and in-person interview sessions. A significant part of my contribution was on the evaluation of potential candidates, with detailed reports sent directly to FIFA World Cup staff for their consideration.As a recognition to my dedication and expertise, I was further chosen to assist the Spectator Service team on the recruitment of their team leader volunteers. However, the most significant accomplishment came in the form of a staff position for the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022, where I was appointed as the Accreditation and Access Management Coordinator at the Supreme Committee for Delivery & Legacy.

Dubai, Emirados Árabes Unidos

At Expo 2020 Dubai, I began my journey as an Assistant Stage Manager, helping Stage Managers on their daily on-site entertainment roving shows. My commitment and performance led me to take the Stage Manager role for roving performances, namely ‘Fiers à Cheval’ and ‘The Royal Horse’.Later on, I was further invited to join the elite Al Wasl team, the main Expo's entertainment stage and the most visited place there. At Al Wasl, my responsibilities scaled new heights as we managed global celebrity performances and interactive Q&A sessions featuring celebrities like Lewis Hamilton, Steve Harvey, and Cristiano Ronaldo.An integral part of our daily operations involved hosting National Day presentations and ceremonies, where Expo honored individual countries. These events frequently saw us welcome VVIP guests, ranging from world leaders to international celebrities. My role primarily focused on ensuring the seamless execution of events, especially coordinating with artists.

At the Al Bayt Stadium, the chosen venue for both the opening ceremony and big final, I was assigned with the responsibility of assisting all media operations. I was recognized as a leader since the beginning, enabling me to lead the team of volunteers in daily operational tasks – setting up the Media Centre, Press Conference Room, Mixed Zone, Photographers Room, Pitch and Media Tribune operations.It was crucial for me to work daily together with IT, logistics, and catering, to ensure that every media personnel had access to their necessary resources, as internet connection, water, chairs, and others. As an acknowledgment of my capabilities, I was assigned for extra tasks on a training site, helping them to ensure a smooth operation of a pre-match training. The crowning recognition came post-competition, where I was selected to be a part of the select program FIFA Ruwaad Pioneer Volunteer, an opportunity extended to individuals demonstrating exceptional commitment and expertise while volunteers.

São Paulo, Brasil

In my capacity at the Brazilian Confederation of Football (CBF), I was responsible for the accreditation and access control for a range of national competitions, going from U-15 all the way to professional categories. My responsibilities began well ahead of matchday. In the planning and coordination phase, I was participated in preparatory meetings, with a diverse set of stakeholders from match official delegates and law enforcement to club representatives. Beyond these, my role involved a meticulous coordination process with football clubs and CBF Media managers to ensure every individual – be it media, broadcasters, club staff, or player delegations – was accurately accredited.On the matchday, my role transitioned from planning to execution. I was in charge of the accreditation process at venues, a task that not only demanded precision but also the ability to anticipate and address challenges in real-time. On the arrival of delegations I ensured, with the match official delegate, that protocols were consistently followed and that accreditations were distributed efficiently. Once the match kicked off, my attention shifted to monitoring the accredited personnel on the pitch, always keeping an eye out for compliance and proper access control.But my responsibilities didn't conclude with the final whistle. In the post-match phase, I provided reports to the CBF, detailing the number of accredited individuals across various categories. Furthermore, I was responsible to document and report any incidents that occurred during the match.

Rio De Janeiro, Brasil

During the Conmebol Copa America 2021, I was responsible for the Accreditation and Access Management across all venues in Rio de Janeiro. My primary assignment was at the Nilton Santos stadium throughout the competition, culminating in my integral role during the big final at the iconic Maracanã Stadium.One of the biggest challenges we faced was at Maracanã, where we had to accredit an unprecedented 10,000 individuals in a single day. This was further complicated by a limited workforce owing to pandemic constraints. The last-minute decision to admit spectators for the decisive match between Brazil and Argentina added to the complexity and called for quick and effective accreditation procedures for all attendees. Our ability to adapt and execute under such constraints was instrumental in ensuring a smooth and secure event experience for all involved, giving me the ability to work under tremendous pressure.

I was assigned with a pivotal project role within one of the world's largest banks based in Brazil. My primary responsibility was to provide comprehensive support to the treasury department, specifically in facilitating their daily stock market transactions via the Murex platform. My involvement ensured efficient and accurate transaction processes, reinforcing the bank's position in the financial market.

During my job as an Engineering Intern at Bosch Wuhan in China, I played a pivotal role in spearheading the translation of company manuals into both English and Spanish, ensuring accuracy and cultural relevance. Recognizing my rapid adaptability and proficiency, I was assigned with the responsibility of assisting in water boiler projects targeted for exportation to New Zealand. A significant contribution I made was the development of an automated Excel tool tailored for the efficient calculation of water boiler measurements and parameters.
