Started a new life in 2016 when I moved to Down under.Moving to the other side of the world with 2 children and my Husband was the biggest project that I did. However, I can say that was my proudest one as well.I have to start from the beginning.Being a Lawyer for over 10 years as well owning a Restaurant in Brazil gave me the skills to be successful professionally in Australia. The determination, resilience & focus was the most important ingredients for it. The new beginning made me realised how many strengths I have. Courageous to embrace the unknown; grit to achieve my dreams & Goals.I also, during the journey I have discovered myself! In the last 4 years, working as Manager in Hospitality & Tourism industry in Australia has revealed to me how I love work with people & Customer Service. Listening and learning from them. Sharing experience to improve ourselves. It’s so exciting! My work placement provided me practical opportunities to develop my management skills with people. With employees I have the pleasure to understand their behaviour and attitude when I was hiring & training them as well delegating tasks to them. With clients I loved the challenge to solve their requests or complaints. Since 2023, I have been working with FoodService Sales and People, what a match?! New World for me and loving this challenge. It has been a wonderful new Journey so far!The most important lesson that this journey has taught me? You can do everything!
