Responsibilities:Led the effort for the design and continuous enhancement of Policy Governance, Compliance, and Risk controls, tools and processes that are sustainable, drive consistency of leading edge practices, consider legal and regulatory changes, and provide flexibility to execute across the businesses and countries in which a company operates;Worked with global and regional stakeholders to design and manage new practices, enhancements, and remediation projects, including formulating project plans and timelines, facilitating working sessions, reporting on progress, and driving execution;Worked in close collaboration with Business and functional teams to: 1) build and maintain key relationships, 2) promote a culture of engagement and connectivity, and 3)implement and advise on effective and efficient controls and practices;Governed program change activities by positively and creatively influence change, ensuring changes are appropriately communicated, as well as preparing and helping others to anticipate and manage through change;Led governance forums and related reporting to support ongoing communication with stakeholders regarding latest developments, share best practices, and oversee practices implementation;Worked with colleagues to develop tactical solutions to enhance and automate ad policy governance requirements; and Developed and maintained communications plans to ensure stakeholders and partners were adequately and continuously apprised of efforts and key developments.
