Started on the console team and currently work on the Front End Game UI team.Shipped various progression systems across console and PC including battle passes, weapon mastery, survival mastery and competitive ranked features and rank ups. Shipped a completely re-designed friend UI and UX that includes requiring mutual friend relationships and displays a lot more data about the player's status across various game states.Shipped the team finder feature to find teammates before matchmaking so players choose their team by things like reputation and skill.Currently the tech lead for the front end Social Team making sure our social features ship on time and with the best quality. It is also my responsibility to coordinate with our teammates in Seoul and sometimes Madison to make sure we are all aligned. Many times our projects are designed and/or QA'd by teams in Seoul.

Super Evil Megacorp:Worked with the Vainglory platform team to ship a better matchmaking time estimate service.Created and deployed a new global chat service. Implemented multiple custom modules created in Erlang including a profanity filter.Also assisted with the first implementation of voice chat.Bethesda:Helped architect the chat service for the Bethesda Launcher.Psyonix:Worked with the platform team in San Diego as well as the Tencent team in China to spec out and launch the store and garage features for the new F2P Rocket League in China.The store included many currencies that ranged from real money to currencies that you could get from breaking down parts. It supported items that could appear and disappear by date/time. It supported timed sales that would automatically start and end that could be created by non-technical people using a dashboard. Purchases supported as many currencies as you wanted (sometimes up to 4 in a single purchase) and any or all could be discounted with the timed sales. It also allowed for selling bundles of multiple items and many other features. Tencent wanted very detailed logs for just about every part of every transaction so that they could monitor and adjust items as they saw fit so logs were sent and stored for everything.

Shipped updates to the Poker Central Xbox 360 app that passed Microsoft cert.Worked on a stat collection service that gave customers insight into viewing statistics including views, region, time etc. Worked with all teams to ensure the various apps across Xbox 360, Xbox One, Roku, Android and iOS implemented our various stat beacons correctly.
