My main tasks were: marketing strategy definition, business development, business planning and financial analysis.I left my operating role in the company in October 2015 since for me it was clear the need of a change in the business model and because I had a different point of view on the business strategy that should have been pursued.Finally, the company has been closed down in the middle of 2017 after being inactive for almost one year.
