Developing a product and creating the customer for it—all while scaling the firm during rapid growth—is no small feat. Achieving this as a newcomer to venture funded enterprises, I ended up wearing many hats. I first led organizational development, then marketing, and eventually all training. Along the way, I began steering development teams, despite having no prior experience in SaaS—and now find myself focused on the success of my clients. Ultimately, I have become instrumental to driving business partnerships and marketing alliances. While managing vendor relationships and other external concerns, I have become just as intently focused on optimizing people, technology, knowledge, and other internal assets. Through continuous product and process improvements, I have opened new revenue channels and created responsive marketing plans based on research and data. I love making split-second decisions on sheer gut too, which helps me thrive in supporting a dynamic commercialization and communications engine. I love to be where growth, change, and scaling are always one step ahead of trends and targets.
