Led a fully remote marketing team of 5+, responsible for brand and performance marketing. Established team processes and reported to the CEO. Executed marketing and content strategies, created a playbook and brand book, and developed product videos, demos, and landing pages. Collaborated with Product and Customer Success teams to drive consumer growth.Managed branding, product development, creative development, and community management for an NFT project called Super Robots. Set up Discord, Twitter, and Telegram chats, resulting in 200k mints, 3k+ Twitter followers, and 4k Discord participants.

As the leader of a marketing team of 6+, my responsibilities included developing marketing strategies, driving sales growth, ensuring consistency across channels, and managing internal processes for regional medical companies with 13 or more branches across five cities. I contributed to and led various projects, such as establishing customer service, implementing a complete rebranding, launching a new website, and executing seasonal campaigns. I reported directly to the CEO.I oversaw the full-cycle development of the Labstory App (Android and web version), which was designed to analyze and store medical data obtained from lab tests.
