Managed the faculty of Development & Data Science (https://prjctr.com/course?gid=26).- Multiplied QoQ number of sales by 4 thanks to both operational improvements and launching new programs (7 launched, 12 in progress)- Hired and set up a cross-functional team of 17 people- Together with Google Ukraine and partner agency launched a course on AI Basics that got watched by over 56K people

Along with the author of the program helped 22 students to study Google Analytics: setting it up and using it for informed product decisions

- Created the organizational structure- Identified weak areas of expertise in the team and helped hire qualified consultants to cover them (DevOps, Agile Coach, CTO, Tech Recruiter)- Introduced Scrum and established working processes that accelerated the delivery speed- Developed requirements templates for all types of issues

- Developed a set of onboarding materials for future product managers- Created a concept of product teams structure and an approach to people management and hiring

- Managed a smooth transition of 5M monthly audience in Ukraine from an old website to a new international platform without any abrupt change of the UX or traffic loss- Multiplied AdSense revenue by 2.6 times in the beginning of the pandemic (spring of 2020)- Introduced performance testing and tuning process which resulted in target metrics (Full Load, TTFB, LCP, TTI, App Size) being improved by 30-70%- Transitioned the teamwork from the strict no-remote policy to fully remote in one week at the beginning of the quarantine- Defined key product metrics, covered them with a set of dashboards- Scaled the support process from one shared email inbox to a fully functional support working space- Mentored a team of 4. One of the team members has become a FE lead

- Reduced time it takes a user to get through one of the key funnels by 2.5 times- Introduced hypotheses prioritization approach (ICE)

- Established the hypotheses validation process that cut the backlog of ideas from 800+ to less than 100- Took on the research of a new market (loyalty marketing) but did not succeed

- Got from QA Intern position to managing the product team of 30 in 2 years- As a PO delivered a complex project (smart wearable device for dogs) in 1.5 years (physical device, BE, 2 mobile apps)- On another project (Microsoft Outlook add-in) improved customer satisfaction from 2.5/5 to 4.5 points by developing and implementing the performance testing strategy and plan

- Managed 4 local websites of Beiersdorf company, launched 2 of them- Coordinated the work on SvitMam platform with 250K MAU- Was a field coordinator of Huggies “Born for Hugs” campaign that has been awarded a Gold prize by Effie Awards in 2017
