As a Curator of Temporary Exhibitions, I am responsible for curating and organizing engaging exhibitions showcasing the latest advancements in technology, innovation, and scientific discoveries. I work closely with a team of passionate professionals to conceptualize, plan, and execute exhibitions that captivate our visitors and provide them with enriching experiences.

◌ Led project implementation cycle through collaboration with the cross-functional creative team, partnership and artists relations, project planning, and budgeting, resulting in the successful delivery of remarkable museum exhibitions.◌ Provided close cooperation with the museum's cross-departments from Learning & Engagement, Advancement, and Finance to Marketing & Communications, which facilitated seamless communication flow. ◌ Organized strong curatorial practice by presenting exhibition themes and details to our dedicated staff and volunteers, which increased their professional engagement.◌ Maintained full multimedia and graphics creation, resulting in the development of 500+ elements, including games, and diverse visual and textual content.

As a content manager, I lead various ongoing projects, including those with confidentiality agreements (under NDAs). My production expertise allows me to collaborate with curators and scientists to develop captivating museum content for a private company.

◌ Collaborated with the Director of Education and Public Programming and cooperated with cross-functional departments, resulting in project implementation from scratch. ◌ Coordinated the development, implementation, and evaluation process of diverse educational programs, resulting in the creation of multi-purpose projects for audiences of all ages.

◌ Managed cross-functional team of up to 20 people, including interns and freelance contractors, resulting in successfully optimized project workflow. ◌ Organized 30+ international workshops, conferences, and events to promote international collaboration in art, science, cultural exchange, and education.◌ Coordinated events in a team with other cross-departments, managed event partners and contractors, led the project's social media, and archived event records. ◌ Led procurement and budget planning, managed vendor negotiations and contractual agreements, and reported and evaluated different projects.

My work experience at the British Council has been a transformative journey, teaching me the art of fostering meaningful connections across departments and emphasizing the vital role of effective communication in achieving professional success. It provided me with a platform to apply my knowledge and skills, fueling my enthusiasm for continuous learning and encouraging me to seek out new challenges. Collaborating closely with colleagues from the Moscow and UK offices, as well as engaging with talented designers, contractors, and external partners, has been a thrilling and invaluable experience.
