Professionally, Stefan Richter continues the family tradition as a master baker: In the family's house in a small saxonian village, bread, rolls and cakes are handcrafted in high quality, loved by direct customers as well as by Chefs like Robert Hauptvogel (Luxury Resort "Bei Schumann"). As a part of his mission to make the traditional german handicraft's business model "fit for future", Richter is delivering lectures in business administration at the Saxonian Bakery Academy's Master classes in Dresden.Elected in 2023 as the Saxonian State Baker's Guildmaster, his mission is to advocate the interests of SME's organized in the saxonian bakers guild in public and political discusssions. As head of the guild's executive board he's also responsible for the guild's personnel, organization and development. Since 2016 Stefan Richter represents the Pan-Europa Union of Saxony as a part of the German Pan-Europa Union. With member organizations in more than 27 countries, the International Pan-Europa Union follows the vision of a Europe united in freedom, justice and peace. Formulated by Richard Coudenhove-Kalergi for the first time in 1922, this vision he called Paneuropa continues to apply unabated, even more as recent events and evolutions bring in danger everything we achieved since World War II.With this background, Stefan Richter is able to be an authentic advocate for SME, especially in a european context. As the Saxonian State Chairman for the Pan-Europa Union he's well-networked in all european member and candidate countries.
