I am responsible for maintaining the organization's image through conceptual designs and sharing our mission via social media platforms on a daily basis. I generate concepts, create content, and disperse those ideas using both written and graphic tools in print and online capacities. I work closely with the Director of Communications and Print Production Coordinator, as I design numerous printed publications. I also design all multimedia and venue content for State Tournaments and other WIAA events.I regularly meet with potential and current corporate sponsors' marketing departments from around the state in efforts to create the best mutually beneficial marketing plan, and help in executing that plan. I manage our apparel and merchandise vendor relationship and plan all event merchandise sales, including financial agreements, royalties, artwork, marketing, and both our online and onsite presence.This was a brand new position for the WIAA so I pioneered the WIAA's social media and design department. I established the association's first brand standards and developed a Social Media Crisis Plan based on my own experience and research. My design work has appeared extensively at numerous event venues in Wisconsin, including the Kohl Center, Camp Randall Stadium, Resch Center, UW-Madison Field House, Alliant Energy Center, Menominee Nation Arena, La Crosse Center, UW-La Crosse, Kapco Park, Neuroscience Group Field at Fox Cities Stadium, Bob Suter's Capitol Ice Arena, and Bank of Sun Prairie Stadium at Ashley Field.

I was the head coach for the PJ Jacobs 8th grade softball team. I worked with student-athletes with various skill levels. It was crucial, and difficult to find a balance with those who were exceptionally skilled and used to playing club softball in the summers and those who were out for softball for the first time. I was challenged by this position and enjoyed my time, especially while helping to develop secondary pitchers.

I was a Canadian insurance agent in the sales department for AIG Canada. I assisted customers with the purchase of health insurance for traveling outside of their home providence, when their own Provincial Health Insurance plans would no longer be in effect.

As the sole designer for Intramurals, Basement Brewhaus, Outdoor EdVentures, Homecoming, and Campus Activities, I worked with student managers and supervisors to create a multitude of promotional and event items. This included things such as posters, programs, advertisements, social media posts, t-shirts, barware, event signage, and mailers. I generated new ideas for social media interaction and helped keep social media accounts for each of the departments up to date and interesting to our followers. This position allowed me to gain experience in the creation of marketing plans and production calendars, time management, and working for multiple clients, as I often worked on five or more projects simultaneously. I had to keep budget constraints and strict deadlines in mind as well.

In the claims department I prepared and scanned incomingbusiness and consumer product claims to be sent to claimrepresentatives. I processed confidential, time sensitive materialin an efficient manner.

I provide high quality customer service by assisting customers, organizing and restocking merchandise, and working the cash registers.
