Socialized the documents with the on shore Customer Care Centers for feedback and editing. Responsible for maintenance of PPI for 30-60 days post off shore go live date for each Billing Center process area. Conducted bridge calls with off shore company and on shore Billing Centers for 30-60 days post off shore go live date for each wave of business that was transitioned
