• Earned Analyst of the Year for the California region in first year at the firm• Managed over $5M of contracts and built a team of over 5 engineers to support projects• Assisted 7-Eleven in completing over 15 entitlement approvals in California, spanning projects from gasoline service stations with convenience stores, to downtown walkable convenience stores with beer and wine permitting• Served as Lead Consultant and Project Manager for the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Laredo Taco locations in California.
