Polly Arnott is a Massage Therapist and Holistic Health Coach with deep experience. She comes to us from Jackson Hole, Wyoming – an extreme sport haven – where worked side by side with Physical Therapists to performed injury specific massage to improve recovery on injured athletes. In private practice, she also worked with a wide range of clients and has designed plans people fall all ages – including the very young and older members of the community. Polly works to understand each of her clients’ individual needs to create a plan that clients can stick with. She knows: You are unique.
