Support the Learning and Development offer and keep the Litmos LMS system up to date.Source training and development stakeholders, from sourcing to setting up suppliers.Produce organisational update videos, webinars and e-learning utilising the Screen-cast O'Matic software and Litmos creation software.Internally promote EDI campaigns, supporting with the EDI core group and promoting campaigns on the internal intranet system.Horizon scan and research the external environment for trends that could be incorporated into organisational development.Help support employee engagement surveys, from promotion to creating post-survey packs.
