About Polly Maines

I have spent the last 20 years working for Heart’sWay Hospice. I started my career as a social worker but moved into leadership when I opened their first alternate delivery site and since then have opened 2 more. In 2014 I was promoted to the executive director position. We have reduced turnover from over 50% to 15% and earned Deyta honors elite designation for 6 consecutive years. The first hospice in the nation to accomplish this. We were also named the Texas & New Mexico Hospice Organization's hospice program of the year in 2017.
